History of the South Croydon Cricket Club

SCCC Information

In the last year or so, the South Croydon Cricket Club has implemented processes to
ensure that the club’s history is recorded for the benefit of all past,
present and future players at the club.

The research undertaken by Christian Cousins has required locating and sourcing
old newspapers from the State Library together with statistical data taken
from cricket score books and locating contacts
via the RDCA forum (and friends and family).

All data has been compiled and will eventually be accessible via the
South Croydon Cricket Club website.

It is important that we take steps to ensure the club’s history is recorded and preserved.
